Fish and Lake Improvement Program for the Parkland Region The Fish and Lake Improvement Program for the Parkland Region (FLIPPR) is a grass roots initiative that has been operating in the Parkland Region of Manitoba for several years.  FLIPPR works in conjunction with local government and businesses establishing overall strategy for the identification, creation, enhancement and maintenance of high quality fly fishing lakes. Manitoba Fly Fishers Association The Manitoba Fly Fishers Association (MFFA) has been actively promoting fly fishing since 1968.  The club’s annual program includes fly tying, casting, rod building, beginners classes, equipment, techniques, fly fishing outings, and a wide range of invited speakers.  Along with providing educational opportunities and promoting fly fishing, the MFFA also supports various conservation initiatives and has completed a number of its own conservation projects.  Guests are always welcome.
